Headlines     2010 LL League Flight Tournament - Congratulations to Drew Wolgemuth who finished in 7th place in Flight One AAA Singles!  Congratulations to Josh Kaiser who is the 2010 LL League Flight 5 Champion! Congratulation to Drew Wolgemuth and Jerred Hall who are the 2010 Flight One AAA Doubles Runner-Ups! Practice - There will be practice tomorrow Tuesday May 4th at 3:30pm. Match At Cedar Crest - This match has officially been cancelled and will not be made up. Match at Hershey - This match has officially been cancelled and will not be made up. Practice - There will be no practice tomorrow Monday May 3rd.  Please come out to CV tomorrow to cheer on your teammates as they try to bring home league gold. LL League Flight Tournament - Drew Wolgemuth will play for 7th place in Flight One singles action. Jerred Hall and Drew Wolgemuth will play for the LL League Flight One Class AAA Doubles Title tomorrow at Conestoga Valley.  Also, Josh Kaiser will compete for the Flight 5 singles final.  Play will begin tomorrow at CV at 4:00pm.  Come out and support the guys in their effort to bring home league gold!!! Practice Today - There will be practice this afternoon at Hempfield Rec. from 4 - 5:30pm for the top 5 players who will be playing in this weeks League Tournament.  There will also be practice this evening in the main gym from 6 - 7:30pm for all players.  Please plan accordingly. Match at Cedar Crest - The match scheduled for this afternoon has been postponed for a date to be determined at the same time and place.  Match at Lampeter Strasburg - The match scheduled for this afternoon has been postponed until Friday April 23rd, same time and place.  The team calendar has been updated to reflect all new match and practice dates.  There will be no practice today. Saturday Practice - Practice this Saturday will begin at 2:00pm and run until approximately 4:30pm.  Match at Pequea Valley - The team will be traveling back to Pequea Valley today to complete the section match that was started on Friday April 16th.  Match against Ephrata - The match scheduled for this afternoon has been postponed until Tuesday April 27th, same time and place.  The team calendar has been updated to reflect all new match and practice dates. Match at Hershey - Due to Hershey's lack of eligible players, the match scheduled for sometime in early May will be Varsity only (top 8).  There will be practice for all remaining MC team members at the normal practice time.  The team calendar has been updated to reflect all new match and practice dates. Match at Lampeter Strasburg - The match scheduled for this afternoon has been postponed until Wednesday April 21st, same time and place.  The team calendar has been updated to reflect all new match and practice dates.  There will be no practice today. Senior Night - Wednesday April 14th: Familes and friends of the Manheim Central Boys Tennis team will be celebrating the seniors of the team with a cookout.  We provide food to all parents and familes of MC tennis players, our team, and also our opponents (Northern Lebanon).  The booster club provides all the hamburgers, hot dogs, cookies and drinks.  But we will need help filling out the rest of the menu.  Each player has been assigned various items such as chips, fruit, plates, etc.  If you are unsure what your have been assigned to contribute, please click the following link: 2010 Senior Night Cookout food assignments.  Food and refreshments will be served approximately at 4pm when the match begins.  We will honor our seniors during the break between varsity singles and varsity doubles; (should be around or slightly after 5pm) please plan accordingly.  Please contact Marlane Hall with any questions - 664-4212 or mdhall@ptd.net. Match at Warwick - The match scheduled for this afternoon has been postponed until this Wednesday March 24th same time and place.  There will be NO practice this evening.  Picture Day -  Players will tell the photographer they want the individual picture on Monday, get it taken, take the form home that night and BRING IT BACK TO DERB ON TUESDAY WITH A CHECK FOR THE AMOUNT REQUIRED!!  Derb will only be sending the order forms out once, so you must have the form turned in on Tuesday. Picture Day - All players who played last season: please bring BOTH maroon and gray jerseys from last season.  Because this years jersey has not arrived yet we will have the varsity wear maroon and jv will be wearing gray.  Also, all players should wear a pair of black shorts.  Players from last season, please wear your shorts from last season.
