Headlines END OF SEASON MEETING: this meeting will take place this Wednesday November 4th in the H.S. cafe beginning at 2:30pm (start of advisory).  Please bring your WASHED uniform to this meeting to turn in.  CONGRATULATIONS LADIES ON AN AWESOME JOB AT THIS YEARS LL LEAGUE TOURNAMENT!! 5 STRAIGHT! - CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL MC GIRLS TEAM MEMBERS ON BEING 2009 SECTION 2 CHAMPS!!!!! PLAYOFF MATCH - the Lady Barons will square off with the 2nd place team from Section 1 sometime early next week.  Because we won our section it will be a home match, date and time will be determined at a coaches meeting Saturday morning. Practice this Saturday October 3rd will be from 10:30am - noon.  Todays Away match against Cedar Crest has been postponed until this Wednesday September 30th.  There will be no practice today. Please note the following time changes to the team calendar:  The home match against Lancaster Catholic this Friday September 25th will begin at 3pm.  Practice on Saturday September 26th will begin at 8am. Senior Night will be celebrated during the home match against Cocalico on September 22.  Please bring the appropiate food item designated to you.  Any questions please contact Kathy Bucher. The team calendar has been updated.  Please note that the match against Warwick scheduled for Monday Aug. 31st is a home match.  Also, the match scheduled for Thursday Sept. 17th against Conestoga Valley is a night match beginning at 6pm. Todays second practice has been cancelled!  There is a mandatory Player and Parent  meeting scheduled for this evening taking place in the high school cafeteria beginning at 7pm.  Important season information will be distributed.  There will also be a uniform fitting. The Tennis Booster Club Mixer scheduled for this evening at 5:30p has been cancelled.  Theere will be a mandatory meeting for all girls interested in playing for the team next season this Friday May 29th in the high school cafeteria at 2:30p.  This is a mandatory meeting, if you cannot attend please contact Coach Jeckel. 23 STUDENTS OUT OF 24  (96%) IN GRADES 8-12 ACHIEVED HONOR ROLL STATUS WHILE PARTICIPATING IN GIRLS TENNIS!!!  CONGRATULATIONS GIRLS TENNIS SCHOLAR ATHLETES!!!!! BARONS EXCEL AT LL TENNIS TOURNAMENT! - Caitie Hosler (flight 2), Carly Leitzel (flight 3), and Tierney Wolgemuth (flight 4) all won individual titles at the Lancaster-Lebanon League Tennis Championships.  Melanie Nolt added a 4th place finish in flight one and qualified for the District 3 Singles Tournament.  The Barons also won the Team Title by winning the most matches in the tournament.  Great job!!! BARONS WIN 4TH STRAIGHT SECTION TITLE!!! - Congratulations to all team members on their 4th section title in as many years. All practice times are subject to change.
